5. The English version of these Terms & Conditions shall be the governing version in the event of any discrepancy or conflict with translations in other languages.

3. Eligibility Requirements

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. You must not be under any legal disability or restriction that would prevent you from gambling online.

3.3 Geographic Location

Our services are primarily intended for residents of Indonesia. You confirm that you are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law. haha69 operates under international licensing and does not claim to hold specific authorization from Indonesian regulatory bodies. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of our services complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.

3.4 Personal Use Only

You confirm that you are registering and using the account for your own personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party or for any commercial, professional, or business purposes.

3.5 Single Account Requirement

You are permitted to hold only one account with haha69. Creating multiple accounts, whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or personal information, is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets, and forfeit all balances.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

When registering an account with haha69, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all registration fields.
• Use your real legal name as it appears on your official identification documents.
• Provide a valid email address and mobile phone number that you have sole access to.
• Create a strong, unique password and keep it confidential.
• Not use a VPN, proxy, or other anonymizing service to conceal your true location.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You must:

• Never share your username, password, or PIN code with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.
• Notify haha69 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

haha69 will not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials or from unauthorized account access due to your own negligence.

4.3 Account Information Updates

You must promptly update your account information if any details change, including your email address, phone number, or payment methods. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays in withdrawals, account verification, or communications from haha69.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

haha69 supports deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and popular e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

5.2 Source of Funds

You confirm that all funds deposited into your haha69 account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal or criminal activity. haha69 reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds and to freeze or confiscate funds suspected to be connected with money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 6 hours, depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for deposits. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may require additional identity verification, which may extend processing time up to 24 hours.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

haha69 reserves the right to:

• Require that deposited funds be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal is permitted. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure.
• Impose maximum daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits based on your account status and VIP tier.
• Delay or refuse withdrawals if we suspect fraud, bonus abuse, breach of terms, or any other irregularity.
• Charge fees for excessive withdrawal requests or for certain payment methods, though we strive to keep fees minimal or zero whenever possible.

5.5 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on haha69 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit using a payment method denominated in a different currency, standard currency conversion rates and fees may apply as determined by your payment provider.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

6.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

If we detect bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void the bonus, confiscate any winnings derived from the bonus, and close your account permanently.

6.4 Bonus Cancellation

You may cancel an active bonus at any time by contacting customer support. Upon cancellation, the bonus funds and any winnings generated from the bonus will be removed from your account, leaving only your original deposited funds (subject to any minimum wagering requirements).

7. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

All players must engage in fair and honest gameplay. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage.
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to manipulate game software.

7.2 Game Outcomes and RNG

All game outcomes on haha69 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by professional dealers. haha69 does not manipulate or control game outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are independently certified and displayed for each game. However, RTP is calculated over millions of rounds and individual session results may vary significantly.

7.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, incorrect odds display, or any other technical issue, haha69 reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes. Any winnings obtained from erroneous payouts or malfunctioning games will be removed from your account. You must report any suspected errors or malfunctions immediately to customer support.

7.4 Responsible Conduct

Players are expected to conduct themselves respectfully in all interactions with haha69 staff and other players. Abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension or termination. This applies to communications via live chat, email, or any other channel.

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

While haha69 strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the website or services will be available at all times. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or due to circumstances beyond our control (technical failures, network issues, regulatory actions, natural disasters, etc.). haha69 will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from service interruptions.

8.2 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, haha69's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made into your account during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.3 Indirect Damages

haha69 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.4 Third-Party Services

haha69 is not responsible for the performance, reliability, or security of third-party payment processors, banks, game providers, or other external services. Any issues arising from third-party services must be resolved directly with the relevant provider.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your haha69 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance, subject to any applicable wagering requirements or restrictions. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened.

9.2 Suspension by haha69

haha69 reserves the right to suspend your account temporarily if we suspect:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious betting patterns.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents.
• Any other activity that poses a risk to haha69, other players, or payment providers.

During the suspension period, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals until the investigation is complete.

9.3 Permanent Termination

haha69 reserves the right to terminate your account permanently and confiscate all funds if we determine that you have:

• Provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Created multiple accounts.
• Engaged in bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Used the platform for money laundering or other illegal purposes.
• Violated any material term of these Terms & Conditions.

Decisions regarding account termination and fund confiscation are final and not subject to appeal.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which haha69 is licensed to operate. You agree that any disputes arising from your use of haha69 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have any complaint or dispute regarding our services, you must first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting our customer support team via live chat, email, or WhatsApp. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve your complaint within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter in writing to our management team.

10.3 Arbitration

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaint process, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing jurisdiction. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on both parties.

10.4 No Class Actions

You agree that any dispute with haha69 must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against haha69.
